CSI Final

I think that the color white best represents someone that is healthy because, the color white is a color that represents pureness in the body or something clean. Well this only interacts with people who don't smoke or do drugs or that don't have tattoos all around their body.

I think the Salt Lake city temple, is a good symbol for are bodies because our body is a temple and we should take care of it and don't paint or tattoo our body. Its like putting graffiti on the temple and then it turns ugly. So we should take care of our "Temple" and we should also strengthen it by working out and running.

The Book of Mormon I think relates to health because, in my religion every 6 months we have a General Conference and the Prophet, his Apostles and the Quorum of the Seventy talk to everyone from the word of god. Well this October they said that the only thing that you need to do in your life is read the Book of Mormon so I think that The Book of Mormon is related to health because it is the main source of life that you need in this life.

  1. Hi Antony, how could your new CSI demonstrate a deeper shift in your thinking regarding health? I wonder, how you could make your thinking more visible and clear regarding our enduring understanding: Health is complex system with many moving parts and every choice we make impacts our physical, mental and emotional well-being. You made some personal connections with respect to your values and beliefs; however, what other understandings have you gained after your participation in various learning experiences about physical, social and emotional health? What connections could you make between health and the power to choose? Practice managing your time well both inside and outside of class in order to complete your work successfully and always ask meaningful questions that will help support your learning. Based on your new knowledge and understanding of health, what actions could you take to motivate yourself and others to make healthy choices in their lives?
